Never let your RERA registration lapse

Tell us your RERA agent registration number and expiry date. We will email you 60, 30 and 7 days before it expires, every cycle, free — so you are never caught working on a lapsed certificate.

Why brokers use this

  • A lapsed registration stops your business. You cannot legally market or broker a deal without a valid RERA agent registration, and reinstating it takes longer than renewing on time.
  • Nobody tracks the date. The certificate goes into a drawer on day one and surfaces when a builder or a portal asks for it.
  • Three warnings, not one. 60 days to gather documents, 30 days to file, 7 days as the last call.
  • It keeps running. Renew, tell us the new date, and the next cycle is covered too.

RERA agent renewal — the basics

Every person who brokers, markets or facilitates the sale of a RERA-registered project has to hold a valid agent registration with the authority in that state. The registration is issued for a fixed term and has to be renewed before it expires — it does not roll over automatically.

Validity periods and fees are set by each state authority separately and are revised from time to time, so always check the term printed on your own certificate and the current fee on your state portal rather than relying on what applied last cycle. As a rule of thumb, start the renewal at least 60 days out: most states want the application filed before expiry, and processing is rarely immediate.

Documents commonly asked for at renewal include the existing registration certificate, PAN, address proof, recent photographs, the previous three years of income tax returns where applicable, proof of business address, and the renewal fee receipt. Your state authority publishes the definitive list — the links below go to the official portals.

Official state RERA portals

Renew only through the official authority portal for your state. Nobody needs to be paid a facilitation fee to file it for you.

Common questions

Is this really free?

Yes. There is no charge, no trial and nothing to buy. I build free tools for brokers because it is the part of my work I enjoy most.

What do you do with my details?

They are stored so the reminders can be sent, and so I can contact you about property marketing and lead-generation solutions if that is useful to you — which is what the consent box covers. Your details are never published, sold or passed to third parties. You can withdraw consent at any time from the withdrawal page and everything is removed.

Will you send me marketing every week?

No. The reminders are the point of the service. Separately I may occasionally get in touch about things relevant to your business, and you can tell me to stop at any time.

Do you send reminders on WhatsApp?

Right now reminders go by email, which is what the form promises. WhatsApp may be added later; if it is, you will be asked first.

My registration has already expired. Can you help?

Set the reminder anyway with your renewed date once you have it. For the lapsed period, go directly to your state authority portal from the table above — the process for a lapsed registration differs from a straightforward renewal.

What if my state is not listed?

Choose “Other” and enter your registration number as it appears. The reminder still works — it is driven by the date you give us, not the state.

This page is general information, not legal advice. RERA rules, validity periods and fees are set by each state authority and change from time to time — always confirm current requirements on your own state portal before filing. The reminder service is a convenience and does not transfer any responsibility for keeping your registration valid.
