Withdraw consent / remove my details
If you have given your details to any tool on this site — the RERA renewal reminder, the toolkit signup, or anything else — you can have them removed at any time. There is no form to argue with and no reason you need to give.
The quickest way
Email me with the address or mobile number you used, and say “remove my details”.
Requests are actioned within 7 working days, and always well inside the 90 days required under the Digital Personal Data Protection framework. You will get a confirmation once it is done.
What gets removed
- Your name, firm name, city and any business details you submitted
- Your mobile number and email address
- Any RERA registration number and expiry date held for the reminder service
- The consent record itself, once the removal is confirmed
Once removed, any reminders you had set will stop. If you want the reminders but no other contact, say that instead — I can keep the reminder and drop everything else.
What is collected, and why
Only what a tool needs to do its job. The RERA renewal reminder needs a registration number, an expiry date and an email address so it can send the reminder. Name, firm and city are used to make the message useful rather than generic. Nothing is published, sold or passed to third parties.
Where you have ticked the consent box, your details may also be used to contact you about property marketing, portal listing and lead-generation solutions relevant to your business. That is the part you are withdrawing when you email above, and you can withdraw it while keeping the reminder service.
